City of Toronto offers personalized utility, property tax and parking ticket information online

The City of Toronto has launched three online tools that provide residents a fast, easy and secure way of getting up-to-date account information on their computers or mobile devices. The three lookups address the evolving needs and wants of residents to access information digitally about current and previous billing amounts, payment details, status of parking tickets and more.

“These new online tools are a great example of how the City is modernizing how it serves the public and making life easier for the people of Toronto by providing information and services to residents online,” said Mayor John Tory. “These online portals are a step forward for the City of Toronto and we will continue to move forward, with expanded services and online payment options coming soon.”

These lookups support the City’s goals of enhancing online service delivery and improving customer service. The utility account and the property tax account lookups do not accept payments at this time. Parking tickets can be paid online at
